About us

Love to explore the world? Love to experience the taste of new dishes? Come and visit a place with a rich multicultural history of family traditions, customs and exquisite cuisines. Please allow my family and I to introduce you to the Chamorro Culture….

Hafa Adai! My name is Tricia Baleto. My high school sweetheart, Alan, and I have four children: Trilon, Nehemiah, Azariah, and Nala’Ana. We were fortunate to have been born and raised on a beautiful island called, Guam. Our culture is well known for their large families so for females, it is a norm to learn how to be a caregiver relatively early. As young parent I developed a passion for cooking the island’s delicacies and am now expanding my own technique of the cultural artistry. What started off as a potluck has grown into a small business of catering, custom desserts, and now crafts. I am nicknamed a “Jill of all Trades” and have been asked, “Is there anything you cannot do?” My only response is, ask me and we shall see.

As a military wife, with the support of my hardworking husband, we raise our kids, instilling the Chamorro culture of respect, strength and family traditions. Our most prominent attribute is family. We are an ever-growing culture and forever willing to share our customs and traditions with the world. Please let us to welcome you into our family and make your special request or place your order today.

Thank you and let’s eat!
